- Should each brand get its own workspace, or can we share one?
- Most teams run one workspace per operating company and connect every seller account inside it, so margin and Pulse stay comparable. Split workspaces only when legal or franchise rules forbid mixing data. Roles and tab visibility still keep finance, ops, and agencies in their lanes.
- What should we trust after the first sync — and what looks empty on purpose?
- First sync can take under an hour or most of a day for large Bol catalogs; empty charts during that window usually mean jobs are still running. When it finishes, compare a recent week of orders and top SKUs to the retailer portal before you change prices or ads. Walkthrough: Connect marketplaces and your first sync.
- Which marketplaces can we operate on today versus connect-only?
- Daily ops are live on Bol.com, Allegro, Kaufland, Pigu (PHH Group), and Amazon: catalog, orders, stock, P&L, and Sales Pulse where each channel supports them. Mirakl is connect-first until your account confirms ingest — do not plan peak season on Mirakl parity with Bol. TikTok Shop and Shopify are also connectable.
- Can one ads playbook cover Bol, Kaufland, and Pigu?
- No. Ad Pilot is Bol Sponsored Products only, with guardrails and approvals. Pigu advertising runs through Martailer outside Ad Pilot; Kaufland media stays in its own tooling. Budget separate ad rhythms — never blend Martailer spend into Ad Pilot reporting.
- Why does P&L leave costs blank instead of filling in a best guess?
- When COGS or fulfillment assumptions are missing, Marktspan shows the gap rather than inventing a number that would mis-rank your assortment. Import hero and high-ad-spend SKUs first — see Costs and trustworthy margin.
- If Sales Pulse and the marketplace dashboard disagree, which story wins?
- Pulse should track closely on synced orders and revenue for the same connection and date window; gaps usually come from filters, cancellations, or scope. Fix sync health first, then reconcile large deltas against the retailer settlement before rewriting strategy.
- Will Mark or MCP change live listings and bids without a human?
- Sensitive writes require human confirmation and the right role — propose → review → apply is the default. MCP and Mark AI are for governed analytics and assisted ops, not unbounded autopilot. Read MCP and Mark AI for approvals and tenant boundaries.
- How should we read Pricing if we are still deciding seats and channels?
- List packaging on Pricing scales by order volume, seats, and AI credits — useful for planning, not a substitute for a multi-brand quote. Custom rollouts and pilots go through Contact; after you subscribe, billing lives in-app under Settings.
- How do we keep agencies and internal teams from seeing the wrong modules?
- Invite users, assign roles, and optionally restrict which tabs each role can open. Time-boxed support access lets Marktspan staff read diagnostics without sharing passwords. You stay the owner of who can write prices, ads, and costs.
- Where should evaluators start versus operators who already signed in?
- This public guide is for outcomes and rollout planning — start with Getting started, then modules and use cases above. Operators who need field-level clicks sign in and open Get Help → Documentation. Sales and procurement still go through Contact.
