One place to manage all
Last updated
One place to manage all is the homepage promise that catalog, orders, stock, pricing, promotions, finance signals, and health views roll into a single control plane per workspace. Instead of treating each marketplace's seller portal as the source of operational truth, Marktspan syncs authoritative data and exposes the modules your team needs for daily execution—scoped to All connections or a single Bol, Kaufland, or Pigu account.
Products & Orders (operator guide) unify listing and order workflows with Buy Box and repricer context where supported. Stock & Inventory projects days of cover and severity so you react before stockouts show up in Sales Pulse bridges. Pricing & repricing and Promotions (Bol) or Vouchers (Kaufland) live here rather than in a separate "settings only" silo. Product Health and Quality grade listings and Bol service standards so you fix compliance and content issues before they become revenue holes.
Finance-oriented operators still use this area alongside Analyze modules: Marketplace accounting and Customer invoicing connect fee reality and invoice automation to the same SKU keys P&L uses. That alignment matters when someone asks "why did margin drop?" and the answer spans a promotion, a voucher, and a return spike.
Marketplace scope remains honest. Bol has the richest Manage surface, including promotions and Bol-specific health signals. Kaufland emphasizes vouchers and repricing. Pigu covers core seller ops; Martailer ads are not integrated. Mirakl connections do not yet deliver the full Manage breadth of the big three—plan Mirakl work with your rollout contact rather than assuming parity.
Multi-channel teams succeed when they standardize internal SKU keys and naming before scaling connections—see Coordinate multi-marketplace operations. New users should connect data first, then pick two Manage modules to master in week one (often stock and orders) before enabling automation elsewhere.
Where to go next in the docs
Stay on this public guide for outcomes and rollout planning. For click-by-click operator procedures, sign in and open Get Help → Documentation. Evaluation teams should skim the FAQ, then Plans, billing, and getting help or Pricing before you commit production credentials.
How this maps to the product
Guide module chapters follow the six homepage capabilities, not every sidebar label. Specialized tools such as vouchers, invoicing, or ranking appear after sign-in in the operator handbook and roll up here by outcome so public docs stay readable.
Honest marketplace scope
Live seller operations emphasize Bol.com, Kaufland, and Pigu (PHH Group) today. Mirakl remains connect-first until your rollout confirms ingest for your operator. Ad Pilot applies to Bol Sponsored Products only; Pigu advertising uses Martailer separately from Ad Pilot. Retailers shown as coming soon on marketing surfaces are not described here as shipped product.
